Robert Kolb Named Wellspring Site Director in Wheeling Above: Newly-appointed Wellspring Family Services Wheeling Site Director Robert W. Kolb, MSW, LICSW Robert W. Kolb has been appointed as site director at Wellspring Family Services' office in Wheeling. Wellspring offers a broad range of services from outpatient counseling to home-based services in 18 counties in northern West Virginia. The Wheeling office covers Ohio and Marshall counties. Wellspring is a division of Crittenton Services, Inc., a nonprofit behavioral health agency headquartered in Wheeling. Kolb is a licensed independent clinical social worker with a background in psychiatric social work and therapy. He earned his master of social work at West Virginia University and his bachelor of science in psychology at Bethany College. Prior to coming to Wellspring, he worked for the Weirton Medical Center Psychiatric and Outpatient units. "We are thrilled to have Bob as our site director," said Crittenton's Vice President of Community Services Beverly Petrelli. "He brings a range of experience in community-based mental health therapy that is vital to helping our clients, and a flair for management that will be a great asset in running our local office." Kolb is excited about the opportunity to use his skills in family counseling to enhance the overall operation of Wellspring's Wheeling office.
