WV Governor Earl Ray Tomblin Visits Crittenton Services, Inc.Crittenton Services, Inc. will host Governor Earl Ray Tomblin Tuesday, April 24 at 4 p.m.Governor Tomblin will meet with Crittenton's management team and members of Crittenton's board of directors before touring the facility. The governor will also meet with the girls of Crittenton's residential program. "We are honored and thrilled that Governor Tomblin is interested in our agency. As we continue to serve hundreds of families across West Virginia, we are proud of what we do and want to share our mission," said Kathy Szafran, President and CEO of Crittenton Services, Inc. Crittenton's residential program is a behavioral health residential facility for girls 12-18 in West Virginia, offering the only licensed maternity care treatment facility in the state. Crittenton also serves young women who aren't pregnant or parenting. The girls in treatment at Crittenton are victims of abuse, neglect, sexual assault, some of whom are battling drug addiction, depression and a variety of other challenges. Crittenton's Cradles to Crayons Child Care Center offers child care for infants and toddlers at its Elm Grove and Wheeling Park High School sites. Cradles to Crayons also offers before and after care services at Woodsdale and Middlecreek Elementary schools and the universal pre-k program at Middle Creek Elementary. Crittenton also operates Wellspring Family Services, an outpatient counseling service available in 18 counties, with five offices in Wheeling, Weirton, New Martinsville, Parkersburg and Morgantown.
